ClassPixie is a small personal tool that books Equinox group-fitness classes on your behalf. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Not affiliated with Equinox
ClassPixie is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Equinox Holdings, Inc. or any of its brands. "Equinox" is used only to describe what the tool interacts with. You must hold your own valid Equinox membership and keep following Equinox's own terms and policies — ClassPixie does not change or override anything between you and Equinox.
Using an unofficial tool
ClassPixie automates actions on your Equinox account through an unofficial tool. Doing so may conflict with Equinox's own terms of service and could put your membership or standing with Equinox at risk. You use ClassPixie at your own risk and are solely responsible for whether your use is permitted under your agreements with Equinox. If you're unsure, don't use it.
What you authorize
By linking your account you authorize ClassPixie to sign in to Equinox as you and to view schedules and book or cancel classes on your behalf, including automatically at times you schedule. You're responsible for the bookings and cancellations made through your account and for any fees Equinox may charge — for example late-cancel or no-show fees. If you link Google Calendar, you also authorize ClassPixie to add class events to the calendar you choose.
No guarantee
ClassPixie is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. A booking is never guaranteed to succeed: classes fill up, Equinox can change or cancel them, and the connection to Equinox can fail. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for missed classes, failed or duplicate bookings, charges or fees, lost data, or any other loss arising from your use of the tool. Use it as a convenience, not as something you rely on for anything important. In any event, the operator's total liability for any claim relating to ClassPixie will not exceed the amount you paid to use it, which may be zero.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of ClassPixie, your violation of these terms, or your violation of Equinox's terms or any other rights — including any claim brought by Equinox related to your use of the tool.
Acceptable use
ClassPixie is for your own personal, non-commercial use with your own Equinox account. Don't use it to access an account you aren't authorized to use, don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful. Access is invite-only and may be suspended or removed at any time, with or without notice.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in full effect.
Changes
