This policy explains what ClassPixie stores and why. It's kept short because the tool does only a few things and collects only what those things need.
What's collected
- Your account & sign-in details — the email and password you sign in with, plus the session information needed to keep you connected. Used only to operate your account.
- Your bookings and schedules — the classes and recurring rules you set up through the tool.
- Google Calendar access — only if you choose to link it, and used solely to add the class events you book to the calendar you pick. You can unlink at any time.
Cookies
An essential cookie keeps you signed in. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind.
How it's used
Your information is used only to operate the service: to sign you in, show you schedules, manage your class bookings, and — if you linked it — update your calendar. It is never sold and never used for advertising or profiling.
Who it's shared with
Only the service providers we rely on to run the app, and your calendar provider if you choose to link it. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
Storage & retention
Your data is protected with reasonable measures and access is limited to the operator. It's kept while your account is active. You can ask to unlink Google, or to delete your account and the data tied to it, at any time.
